Carbone is a premium circular-tech brand reintroducing high-end devices to the market through a sustainability lens, positioned for a new generation of UAE consumers who value design, performance, and conscious consumption.
Following in-depth meetings and workshops with the Carbone team, I led the full strategic and visual development of the brand. The process began with defining the audience, brand positioning, and commercial intent, then translating this into a clear brand strategy.
From there, I developed multiple visual directions aligned with the strategy, refined through collaborative selection. I designed the Carbone logo and built a comprehensive brand identity system covering tone of voice, positioning, logo usage, colour palette, typography, and a custom graphic language engineered for consistency across platforms while allowing creative flexibility.
From this foundation, I delivered all launch assets including social media grid design, sustainable packaging concepts, custom product stands, company profile for stakeholders, and a complete sales and ambassador training manual. We also shaped the brand’s USPs and visual communication approach together to ensure clarity and differentiation in market.
Beyond design execution, I remained as brand consultant, guiding external partners such as interior designers, developers and production suppliers to ensure cohesive application across every touchpoint.
This project covered everything required to launch and scale Carbone with a clear, premium, and credible presence.
